Job summary

Spring Dell Center, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Community Living and Employment Program in La Plata, MD. This role includes nursing assessments, care planning, and supervising unlicensed staff to meet participants’ medical needs.

The nurse will document medical records, coordinate with the team, and ensure medication safety per DDA regulations and Maryland nurse practice standards. Flexible shifts available and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to use agency database systems and documentation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Oversee nursing tasks including medication administration and supervision of unlicensed staff.
• Attend Person Centered Planning meetings as requested.
• Document assessments, medical appointments, and care notes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure supplies of medications and medical supplies are maintained.
