Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Takes and records vital signs, immunization status, and brief history.
• Cleans and autoclaves procedural equipment and instruments.
• Observes patient condition and reports to physician per nursing process.
