Job summary

UVA Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for UVA Community Health in Northern Va Culpeper area to lead the care team and implement individualized plans of care that promote optimal health. You will collaborate with physicians and other staff, document care, and ensure safe medication administration under supervision.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure in the state and preferably a BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
• 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare team to implement and evaluate individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Administer medications using the five rights and monitor patient response.
• Document care under supervision of Nurse Manager.
