Job summary

UVA Community Health in Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse to join our ambulatory care team. The RN will collaborate with physicians, plan and evaluate patient care, and serve as a clinical resource across UVA Health's community locations.

This non-exempt role emphasizes ASPIRE values, leadership, safety, and accurate documentation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants, with compensation based on experience and tenure.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required. 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia prior to onboarding.
• AHA Healthcare BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic care team and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Assist with ordering and inventory of clinical supplies and maintain required logs.
