Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia's UVA Community Health in Northern VA Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a patient care team, collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan that promotes recovery and well-being.

This full-time, day-shift role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a base hourly pay range of $33.70–$56.91, with compensation determined by experience and board credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
• CPI certification within three months of hire required for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and CSSO.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document patient care under supervision.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and health team to promote optimal health.
