Job summary

Flying HIGH Inc. is seeking a contractual/part-time RN to teach CNA classes and share long-term care knowledge with students. You will instruct in class, oversee clinical experiences, and use prepared curriculum.

Classes run four to five times per year, four days per week, 8:30am–2:00pm. The role emphasizes adult education principles, student supervision, and building strong student relationships to help them become work-ready.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio and Train the Trainer certification.
• Approximately 3200 hours (about 2 years) of nursing experience with elderly or chronically ill patients.
• Verification provided on company letterhead with contact’s name, title and phone number.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned CNA classes using effective strategies and adult education principles.
• Create an environment conducive to learning and student-instructor interaction.
• Prepare students to demonstrate skills before patient/resident care.
• Provide direct supervision and observation of student clinical experiences.
• Develop positive relationships with students to help them become work-ready.
