Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Train the Trainer certification required.
• Documentation of 3200 nursing hours (about 2 years) in elderly or chronically ill care.

Responsibilities

• Teach CNA classes using adult education principles.
• Create a learning environment conducive to student-instructor interaction.
• Prepare students to demonstrate skills before clinic patient interaction.
• Supervise and observe student clinical experiences.
• Develop relationships to help students become work-ready.
