Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state where the center is located.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• 1 year of LTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing, maintaining required documentation.
• Develop training materials, manuals, teaching aids, and maintain a resource library.
• Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNAs.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program.
• Conduct and coordinate skills testing.
