Summary

This position is responsible for providing nursing services to all patients and making accurate nursing evaluations of patients' physical and mental conditions.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Complete all necessary documentation in patients' medical records in accordance with the clinic's charting policy.
