Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Note: Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. Must also be available to attend monthly clinic meetings and 1-2 times per week on-site.

Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role. The nurse will work closely with Providers and manage triage calls/messages. After training, there is an option to move to a hybrid schedule.

LPN Qualifications:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred

RN Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, graduation from RN program, Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Active RN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
