Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Georgia RN license (BSN or ADN pathway) with required clinical experience and certifications (BLS; ACLS if applicable). Emory supports mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RN role requires strong patient care skills and use of nursing process.
• Must be licensed RN in Georgia with BSN/ADN options as described.
• Follows AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, independent nursing care using nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care.
• Develops and implements care plans with patient/family input.
• Identifies learning needs and provides resources.
• Ensures culturally appropriate, individualized care.

Education

BSN and RN licensure requirements, 12 months nursing experience (or ADN with 2 years' experience)

Licensure: GA RN license, BLS; ACLS may be required
