Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinician to provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care. The RN will be a resource for colleagues and advocate for patients and families.

Role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development within a supportive environment. Licensure and certifications such as BLS, ACLS may be required depending on department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited prelicensure BSN with 12 months of nursing experience in past five years.
• Graduate of ADN with minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience in past five years.
• RN licensure in good standing with GA Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Documents care accurately in electronic/physical records.
• Identifies patient/family learning needs and resources.
• Maintains cultural sensitivity in care delivery.
