Emory Healthcare is seeking a RN Clinician (SS) to provide expert nursing care according to the AACN Synergy Model, serving as a resource for colleagues and advocating for patients and families.

Responsibilities include delivering safe nursing care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Requirements include BSN with Georgia RN licensure, BLS/ACLS as needed, and potential WOC certification depending on department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSN with active RN license in Georgia.
• 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years, OR completion of a re-entry nursing program.
• LPNs transitioning to RN within Emory Healthcare must complete RN Resident Program.
• Current RN licensure and required certifications (BLS; ACLS may be required; compact license if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and delegates care per Synergy Model.
• Provides leadership support and assists in staff orientation when needed.
• Maintains clinical documentation and participates in quality improvement.
