Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia (UVA Health) is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho Surgical Floor on the night shift. The role includes coordinating patient care, staffing support, and mentoring staff across hospital-wide operations.

A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred and Virginia RN licensure is required. Applicants should have at least 2 years of acute care experience and be capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and using standard computer systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate direct and indirect patient care hospital-wide.
• Support shift operations and staffing as needed.
• Mentor and advise staff; participate in huddles and MD rounds.
