Qualifikationen

• Enrollment in Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing is required.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing is preferred.

• Assists with orientation and integration of new employees.
• Contributes to performance appraisals and staffing decisions.
• Ensures regulatory requirements are met and patient care is optimized.
