Job summary

Geisinger Medical Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Team Coordinator RN. The role includes coordinating nursing care on the unit, supervising staff, and supporting high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Eligible candidates may receive a $24,000 hiring incentive and shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, with at least 2 years of nursing experience, and a commitment to Magnet-designated nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing (Required).
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned unit.
• Assists with orientation and integration of new employees.
• Conducts performance appraisals and monitors absenteeism.
• Schedules 24 hour staffing and patient/bed triage.
• Communicates policies and important information to staff and patients.
• Supports Magnet philosophies and professional growth.
• Mentors staff and ensures regulatory compliance.
