Qualifications

• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required)
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care on the assigned unit.
• Assists in developing, initiating, and supporting improvements to facilitate high quality, safe patient care.
• Ensures highest level of care, optimizes patient interactions, and maximizes patient satisfaction.
• Provides direct patient care and supervises assigned personnel, assisting with orientation of new employees.
• Communicates pertinent information regarding patient care activities to appropriate personnel.
• Participates in development of nursing policies and goals and communicates policies to patients, visitors and staff.
