Job summary

Inspira Health Network is seeking a nurse educator to deliver clinical systems classroom training and provide hands-on adoption support for clinicians. You will contribute to the learning experience, offer go-live assistance, and maintain training records across Inspira's southern New Jersey network.

The role requires RN licensure, strong communication, and experience educating healthcare teams on Cerner Millennium and other clinical applications. Travel between hospitals may be required.

MAJOR FUNCTION:This position is responsible for delivering clinical systems classroom training as well as at-the-elbow adoption support. This position will contribute to the learning experience of students, provide hands-on learning opportunities, attend train-the-trainer sessions, maintain classroom training administration records, and provide go-live and ongoing adoption support for clinicians on the clinical systems.QUALIFICATION:Education & Experience:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.Experience in delivering professional education programs in a healthcare setting preferred.Experience working with and supporting other clinicians in the use of clinical applications such as Cerner Millennium (preferred).Prior experience as a system super use and/or Subject Matter Expert for IT implementations (preferred).Certification/Licensure:Current licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred.Knowledge & Skills:Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills required.Strong customer service orientation coupled with strong interpersonal/relationship building skills required.Physical Requirements:May be required to sit for long periods of time to operate computer application.May be required to stand for long periods of time to deliver training.May be required to drive between hospitals and satellite units.The conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by a staff member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.BENEFITS INFORMATION:Click Here to Review Our Great Benefits Offerings?>At Inspira Health, you’ll join with the area’s most dedicated and distinguished team to bring quality and compassionate care to our communities.
