Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse licensed in Kentucky required upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing required upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as determined by the organization.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides frontline leadership and direct support to team members during daily operations.
• Champions Safety Culture and promotes continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance, reinforce expectations and ensure safe, compassionate care delivery.
• Interprets and enforces department and hospital policies and procedures.
• Oversees staffing plans, surge activation processes, and resource allocation.
• Responds to patient care requests and manages clinical and operational workflows.
• Acts as liaison between staff, patients, and administration.
