Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for the Weekend, full-time (36 hours/week) with a day shift.

The role supports planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care and operations, serving as a clinical resource and stepping into managerial duties as delegated. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and Missouri RN licensure (or compact licensure), 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, and BLS

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Missouri or compact licensure required.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform duties as staff nurse and assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
