Qualifications

• BSN required; 1 year charge nurse experience preferred.
• 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Certification in specialty preferred; unit-specific certifications encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Provides shift to shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations.
• Maintains the environment of care and ensures care is appropriate to the age of patients served.
• Role models organizational values and provides real-time feedback to staff to improve performance.
• Leads/participates in department process improvement to improve project outcomes.
