Qualifications

• BSN required with leadership experience in acute care.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Prior nurse management experience preferred.
• Certification in specialty nursing preferred and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital-wide nursing operations in the absence of the unit/department Director or Administrator.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and resources and promote a positive, safe patient experience.
• Facilitate patient flow across units and departments.
