Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Martine Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work the Overnight Shift in our skilled nursing facility in White Plains, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
5. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Document resident care services accurately.
7. Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements:

1. Valid RI Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
3. Strong leadership skills to direct and motivate staff.
4. Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Basic computer skills.
