Job Opening: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Boro Park Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work night shifts at our Nursing Home in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements.
2. Create a compassionate environment by supporting residents and their families.
3. Respond to questions and requests from residents and staff with clear communication.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to rules and regulations.
5. Monitor confidential information to ensure resident confidence and privacy.
6. Document resident care services accurately and timely.
7. Foster a cooperative and collaborative relationship among healthcare team members.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• Strong leadership skills with a positive team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
