Responsibilities

• Report to the Warden/Facility Administrator for daily clinical operations.
• Manage and supervise daily nursing/clinical activities.
• Supervise nursing and non-licensed providers and evaluate performance.
• Provide direct patient care within licensure scope.
• Ensure adequate staffing and fill in during short staffing.
• Perform triage, assessments, and emergency care when needed.
