Job summary

Compassionate Care Home Health is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee nursing staff in Kern County and surrounding territories. You will manage patient plans of care, validate visits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while coordinating across disciplines.

The role requires an active California RN license, at least 3 years in home health with OASIS-based assessments, and a minimum of 1 year in supervisory capacity. A CA driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Minimum 3 years home health experience with OASIS-based SOC/ROC assessments and case management.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory, charge, or clinical-lead role.
• Current BLS certification; CA driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Case management across disciplines and payers.
• LVN supervisory visits and competency validation.
• Timeliness oversight for SOC/ROC within 48 hours of referral.
• Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement participation.
