Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor in Independence, OH to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and commitment to end-of-life care in a team-focused environment.

You will review referrals, supervise home visits, help form care plans, and participate in staff development while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospice standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice in the state of operation.
• BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.
• Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.
• Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

• Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.

• Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of operation.

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured per state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.

• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.

• Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.

• Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Understands the hospice philosophy and the emotional, clinical, and ethical considerations surrounding end-of-life care.

• Knowledge of pain and symptom management principles.

• Adheres to accepted professional standards and practices.

• Commitment to clinical excellence and thorough documentation.
