BrightSpring Health Services, through its Adoration Health affiliate, is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff in Austin, TX. This role ensures high-quality patient care by coordinating services and guiding clinical decisions in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for end-of-life care, with experience in hospice or home care settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice nursing.
• BSN degree preferred from an accredited program.
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice or home care settings.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign hospice staff.
• Support and guide clinical staff through home visits, case reviews, and real-time consultations.
• Develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
• Lead and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote the hospice's mission and services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of operation.


• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.


• Previous experience in hospice or home care setting required.


• Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.


• Current CPR certification, maintained in accordance with organizational policy.


• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured per state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.


• Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.


• Demonstrates excellent observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills-both verbal and written.


• Understands the hospice philosophy and the emotional, clinical, and ethical considerations surrounding end-of-life care.


• Knowledge of pain and symptom management principles.


• Adheres to accepted professional standards and practices.


• Commitment to clinical excellence and thorough documentation.
