Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Clinical Supervisor role for the Weekend program at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, MO. This full-time position covers 36 hours per week with a Day Shift.

We value nurses with 3–5 years of hospital experience, Missouri RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS certification. You’ll lead clinical operations, mentor staff, and support change initiatives while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Missouri.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required, or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule:Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Shift:Day Shift

Qualifications

Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Nursing Diploma
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience

Certifications:

• Required:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education:BSN preferred
• Licensure:Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred
• Experience:Prior management experience - experience within change management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
