Job summary

MGA Homecare in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Supervisor. You will lead Clinical Case Managers, manage patient care delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role entails coordinating care, addressing provider issues, and guiding quality improvement initiatives. The position requires an RN license with 2+ years in home health or acute care, plus 3–5 years in clinical management.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Home Health or Acute setting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical management/supervision preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities with strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, flexible, good organizational and time management skills.
• Current CPR card and health certificate as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the provision of patient care and Clinical Case Managers.
• Act as a first line manager for designated staff and assist with patient care as needed.
• Day to day management of provider issues and care delivery.
• Evaluate quality of care, patient satisfaction and compliance.
• Facilitate Care Coordination Meetings and provide clinical leadership.
• Review, implement and interpret clinical policies and procedures as directed by DOCS.
• Serve as a clinical lead at relevant clinical and departmental meetings.
• Enforce and demonstrate compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
• Communicate with case managers, ensure continuing authorizations and re-verification of eligibility.
• Participate in QA, QAPI/PAC, and in-services; assist with audits as needed.
• Interview and screen candidates; assist in terminations, coaching, education and counseling of staff.
• Meet and greet potential new cases; maintain steady patient caseload.
• Other duties as assigned.
