Qualifications

- 3 years RN experience.
- Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- Telemetry competency.
- Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service.
- Adherence to Illinois Practice Act and ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership on unit operations and staffing.
- Coordinates and monitors patient care for safety.
- Ensures regulatory readiness and documentation.
- Participates in staff education and orientation.
- Oversees daily charges and unit revenue.
- Fosters teamwork across departments and supports continuous improvement.
- Conducts staff meetings and huddles on shift.
