Job summary

Mountain Valley Hospice is seeking a Clinical Services Manager (RN) to guide a dedicated clinical team across Pilot Mountain and Winston-Salem service areas. You will blend hands-on nursing with staff development and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

In this full-time role, you will oversee scheduling, coaching, chart reviews, and care coordination, while partnering with the Director of Patient Services to maintain continuity of care for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license.
• Experience in a clinical leadership role (home health or hospice a plus).
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Teams: Partner with the Director of Patient Services to lead a group of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee staffing schedules, timecard reviews, mileage approvals, call logs, missed visits, and medications coordination.
• Mentor and Develop Staff: Provide 1:1 coaching, perform chart reviews, and offer clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
• Ensure Seamless Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient-centered care.
• Step In When Needed: Provide direct nursing support when necessary to maintain continuity of care and support families during critical moments.
