MJMorgan Group seeks a Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead clinical teams in Northern Virginia. The role oversees care delivery, quality, compliance, and staff development, ensuring high-quality hospice services for patients and families.

The manager will guide strategic planning, after-hours coordination, and cross-department collaboration to improve patient outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressive clinical experience.
• Two years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Previous Hospice experience is a must.
• Current Virginia RN license.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and program development for hospice services, including after-hours support.
• Oversees clinical practice and care delivery, care planning, and coordination.
• Interprets hospice standards for staff, physicians, patients, families, and partners.
• Coordinates interdepartmental activities affecting patient care.
• Ensures age-appropriate, patient-centered care across populations.
