• Provides clinical risk management support to Kaweah Health Directors, managers, and staff.
• Investigates risk issues and coordinates appropriate actions with departments.
• Delivers risk management education to staff and new hires.
• Coordinates DHS visits, filing and reporting activities, and follow-up actions.
• Monitors Occurrence Reporting database and analyzes trends for process improvements.
• Communicates risk issues promptly to medical and department leadership.
