• Provide clinical risk management support to Kaweah Health Directors, managers, and staff.
• Investigate risk, complaints, and grievance issues or occurrences and document results.
• Provide risk management orientation and staff education.
• Coordinate DHS visits, filings, and action plans with Kaweah Health leadership.
• Attend Kaweah Health committees and provide feedback to RM leadership.
• Maintain DHS filing system and generate monthly risk management reports.
