Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for the Clinical Resource Unit. This full-time position supports multiple inpatient units and fluctuating patient acuity, providing safe, therapeutic care across the continuum.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification; weekend and holiday coverage is required. BSN preferred and CNA/RN experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience as CNA or RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and positive experience.
