Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Resource Unit (CRU). This full-time role supports multiple inpatient units to meet fluctuating patient volumes and acuity. The CRU operates with a highly adaptable nursing team delivering safe, effective care in a high-acuity setting.

The position requires an accredited nursing program, state RN license, and BLS certification. BSN is strongly preferred; CNA or RN experience is desirable, with weekend and holiday

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• BSN strongly preferred
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AAC
• Previous CNA or RN experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and sound clinical judgment
