Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Resource Unit. The CRU supports multiple inpatient units, adapting to fluctuating patient volumes and acuity while delivering safe, effective care.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the practicing state, are Dec/Jan grads, and have BLS certification. Previous CNA experience is required to contribute to a versatile, high-quality nursing team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Dec/Jan grads).
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• Previous CNA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
