Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Resource Unit. This full-time day shift position supports multiple inpatient units, with weekend and holiday requirements in a 36-hour-per-week schedule.

The CRU nurses provide coordinated patient care, adapting to fluctuating patient volumes and acuity, while maintaining safety and high-quality experiences for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.
• Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association.
• Previous CNA or RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to deliver safe, effective care across units.
