Job summary

Michigan Institute of Urology (MIU) in Troy, MI is seeking a Clinical Research Navigator, RN to lead patient outreach and enrollment efforts in Troy. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on engaging potential study participants and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts, performing outreach, educating candidates about treatment options, and coordinating with the study team and MIU providers to ensure smooth enrollment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Michigan (MI).
• BLS certification current and required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience in patient outreach, phone screening, care coordination, or patient navigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient outreach and engagement to inform about clinical studies.
• Pre-screening and candidate evaluation from medical records and calls.
• Navigate patients through onboarding and education about study options.
• Coordinate initial screening appointments and maintain candidate logs.
• Collaborate with MIU providers and clinic staff to identify candidates.
