Qualifications

• Experience in patient outreach, screening, care coordination, or navigation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Direct patient outreach and engagement to inform about clinical studies and encourage participation
• Pre-screening and candidate evaluation from medical records and calls
• Patient navigation and education through onboarding and enrollment process
• Pipeline tracking and scheduling of initial screenings
• Collaborate with MIU providers and staff to identify potential candidates within the practice
