Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to join our site research team. You will support, facilitate, and coordinate daily clinical trial activities across our network, ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and smooth operational flow.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has 1–2 years of clinical research experience, and demonstrates attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI emphasis preferred.
• Ability to execute research tasks with guidance from experienced staff and PIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials, including problem-solving, communication, and protocol management.
• Schedule all patient research visits and procedures in accordance with protocol requirements.
• Enter study information into CTMS regularly and maintain study documentation.
• Complete and maintain case report forms; ensure accuracy against medical records.
• Schedule and prepare for monitor visits; maintain inventory of study equipment onsite.
