Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I – RN to join our site network. You will support and coordinate daily clinical trial activities, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain data integrity across multiple sites in the US.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license and 1–2 years of clinical research experience, with a patient-first mindset and strong attention to detail. Growth within a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment is offered.

Qualifications

Active RN license required.
1–2 years clinical research experience strongly preferred.
Solid nursing background with GI/hepatology focus preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CTMS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate industry-sponsored trials, ensuring protocol adherence.
Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol.
Enter study data into CTMS accurately and timely.
Maintain study documentation including consent forms and CRFs.
Coordinate monitor visits and ensure investigational product accountability.
Perform routine clinical tasks per protocol and SOPs.
Protect participant rights and safety per GCP and regulations.
Communicate status and results to site management.
