Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI focus preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CTMS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials, including protocol management and patient interactions.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol.
• Enter study data into CTMS regularly and maintain study documentation.
• Lead patient recruitment activities and obtain informed consent.
• Perform clinical procedures per protocol and site policies (vital signs, blood draws, ECGs, IV administration as applicable).
• Maintain compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements, and protect participant rights and safety.
