You will manage patient interactions, protocol adherence, data integrity, and study documentation under guidance from experienced staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and 1–2 years of clinical research experience with a GI focus, emphasizing attention to detail in a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1–2 years clinical research experience preferred.
• Solid nursing background with GI focus preferred.
• Ability to follow protocols with guidance from PI and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored trials with protocol oversight.
• Schedule patient visits and procedures per protocol requirements.
• Enter and maintain study data in CTMS regularly.
• Maintain essential study documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead patient recruitment activities including chart reviews and consent processes.
• Conduct patient visits and administer study-related procedures per protocol.
