Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related healthcare experience, preferably in quality improvement or data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (SAS, SPSS, SQL) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to present insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey findings to diverse audiences.
• Team collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; knowledge of healthcare quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret clinical and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Reporting: create and distribute regular and ad‑hoc reports on quality indicators to stakeholders.
• Quality Improvement Initiatives: design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Performance Monitoring: monitor effectiveness of quality initiatives using data, and adjust as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: communicate findings and share best practices with providers and administrators.
• Education and Training: provide staff training on quality improvement methods and reporting tools.
