Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Program Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives across state programs. You will partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to drive HEDIS performance, ensure robust study methodology, and oversee implementation of new quality improvement activities.

The role requires a health-related BS with experience in healthcare quality or data analysis; CPHQ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in health administration, nursing, or related clinical field; 4 years in health care quality or data analysis; equivalent combination.
• Current, unrestricted license in medical/behavioral health; certification such as CPHQ.

Responsibilities

• Participates in quality strategy activities and leads quality improvement initiatives.
• Leads root cause analyses to identify drivers of HEDIS gaps and makes data-informed recommendations.
• Ensures study methodology is sound and reporting is in place.
• Develops performance improvement plans and oversees clinical quality improvement activities.
• Oversees compliance with corporate QI work plans and engages regulators as needed.
