Providence Covenant Levelland Hospital seeks a Quality Management RN Lead to drive improvement initiatives. The role reviews quality indicators, analyzes trends, and reports findings to guide actions across the patient care continuum.

You will work directly with patients and families within the hospital care pathway, leveraging trauma care and critical care knowledge to enhance outcomes, length of stay, and patient satisfaction while aligning with policy and process.

Competenze

• Must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
• Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Trauma care, quality management, and critical care experience.

Mansioni

• Support the quality improvement process through the review of quality indicators, analysis, and reporting.
• Take actions as needed based on identification and analysis of trends related to outcomes.
• Leverage organization policies, procedures, and personnel to drive quality initiatives.
