Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus is hiring a Coordinator of Programs to plan and lead activities to meet regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs. You will work with the Corporate Team to ensure readiness for surveys and maintain compliance to achieve best patient outcomes.

Education required includes a nursing, physical therapy, lab sciences or related healthcare degree; minimum 5 years of experience in the profession and active licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, physical therapy, laboratory sciences, or other healthcare related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare profession.
• Current licensure as appropriate for education/profession (RN, PT, etc.) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Improve operations to achieve best practices and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate with Corporate Team to ensure program success and readiness for surveys.
