Job summary

CHCS is seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations to lead a multidisciplinary team including nurses, home health aides, social workers, and spiritual advisors, while contributing to organization-wide planning and decision-making.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent, an active RN license, and at least three years of recent healthcare management experience, with knowledge of home health and hospice regulatory standards. A sign-on bonus is offered.

• Active RN license in Maine.
• Three years of recent management experience within healthcare settings (Home Health and/or Hospice).
• Knowledge of home health and hospice regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of nurses, home health aides, social workers, spiritual advisors, and other administrative staff.
• Serve as an integral member of CHCS’s clinical leadership team, contributing perspective and expertise to organization-wide planning and decision-making.
